It's beginning to look a lot like chaos...

Found my checkbook at the bottom of the kitchen garbage can today.

And today's trash day.

And, thankfully, Teen Son "forgot" to take out the garbage.

Ho-hum. Anyone else frazzled by all the merriment? Anyone else behind on your shopping? My (ex) friend Angela has finished all hers. Brat.

I'd like to take this moment to give a shout out to my blogging friend, Chaos-Jamie, and to ask if I can borrow her name. Pretty please? ;-)

Did you throw it away out of frustration? Did the checkbook have it coming? Were you happy to see it? That's a lot of questions. I guess I've consumed too much candy trying to resist the gingerbread town that is our centerpiece. I apoligize.

hey guys I want you to know that I didn't "forget" to take out the garbage. The garbage was not full enough for it to be taken out. I will have to take it out tonight though (cause Im a good boy :)

Sorry to leave you hanging, Sarkastic! I threw it away along with the HUGE stack of Christmas catalogs on my desk--figured it was too late to order from any of them anyway. Argh! Easy on that gingerbread now.

Poor Jamie (notice "chaos" is missing...). She tried to comment but blogger wouldn't let her. Said she's supicious of me--lol.

And Teen Son. Nice interpretation ;-) We'll see--lol.

That's kinda funny (in a wow isn't it good it worked out okay kind of way!) I can't find my driver's license anywhere. If only your Teen Son was in charge of my trash!

Ah, because who could possibly be suspicious of a WRITER? (Apparently firefox really does solve all my problems, BTW). However...

Use my name, use my name…sounds suspicious.

Does the person in need of my name have problems obsessing over minor things?

Does the person in need of my name live in chaos?

Is the person in need of my name semi-attractive or does she have a large purple wart on her nose?

Which name?

And, I suppose none of that matters, because who could deny such a pretty please request?

Merriment? WHAT merriment? Last week I shopped myself into a sickbed, ran a fever, was out of commish for a week. Now that I'm ALMOST well again, I've given shopping another whack. I sense another bug coming....

Hmm, well I was going to post about the state of my merriment, but it seems the previous commenters have me outdone. I'll just have to try harder.
